Or, it could be just what they said -- that without a merger, Sirius is worth less and XM is worth more. Given that it is Sirius, NOT XM, so hot-and-heavy to merge, that sort of makes sense, does it not?

Frankly, I think they're giving SIRI the benefit of the doubt given the mess they've made by hiring Stern for 3/4 billion or more.
