It suggests to me that Sirius is a bit misguided in their assessment of just who the competition is. And it isn't any longer XM, it is the Ipod, terrestrial, and others. Hell, XM isn't even TRYING to market against Sirius, instead choosing to just let SIRI burn itself out and run out of cash (which it is doing at a fairly rapid pace).

I guess XM is right in rising above it, but for once, I wish they'd held their ground even if it meant doing on the due date of the filing (Mar 1).

These are, after all, purely short-term, unimportant things.
