That isn't a definition. Pretty much any government could fall under that definition. Or not. This is on of those "it depends on what the definition of "is" is" definitions. Talk about nuance...

LOL, it all depends on what your definition of "socialism" is.

My definition is pretty simple. A socialism is a system of government that is founded on the belief that government should take from those who are able and give to those who are in need.

You do yourself a serious disservice being misinformed and then laughing about it.
