Here's a different take on RAIL from seekingalpha: transport.seekingalpha.com Disclosure: I own a little bit of RAIL as part of my MFI ("Magic Formula") holdings, but as of yet I haven't formed my own opinion on the company. I will say I'm not sure the backlog drop is as serious as the author seems to think, given the obvious historical lumpiness of that number - especially when it is still up so dramatically from 3-4 years ago. Also, the hiring of the new CEO could be a key catalyst. RAIL may go into the "too hard" pile for me, but it's an interesting company.
