we are on the line for either 3 to 6 inches or 1 to 3 inches and ice. east of us philly and towards shore rain. philly may get some mix but by wed am all rain. chester county is split as to what it gets. closer to lancaster and north chester county may get all snow or some mix but even accumulation now reduced to less than six inches. remainder of chester appears to be sleet and mostly ice and not changing over to rain until later wed, maybe.
