No matter what, I support Israel's right to exist.

Well, the country doesn't even have clearly defined borders at the moment, so that's a pretty unclear statement.

Is Israel entitled to rule all of Jerusalem?

Is Israel entitled to police the border between Gaza and Egypt?

Is Israel compelled to nationalize the Palestinian refugees that live in areas that it controls, or should it expel them from those areas, or should it leave those areas, or what?

And if you believe all men are created equal why do you believe Jews from Russia are entitled to Israeli citizenship while non-Jews from Gaza are not?

Ted, > I find it remarkable how out of touch you are with the problems in the ME. I think you need to sit down with some Muslims and talk.

No matter what, I support Israel's right to exist.

I'm not surprised that you sympathize with these UCI students. Perhaps you too should do whatever is in your power to demoralize those who also support Israel's right to exist.

Where did I say that Israel doesn't have a right to exist? All that I am saying is that if Israel is going to exist, it needs to do so on its own two legs without requiring the backstopping by the US. That's where you and I disagree and not with the strawman you threw into the mix.
