I don't see any special "meddling" in North Korea.

Afghanistan wasn't "meddling in other people business". When the Taliban gave sanctuary to Osama, that became American business.

I still think the invasion of Iraq was a bad idea compounded by incredibly bad execution, but you can't say Saddam didn't ask for it. His whole world went basically to shit when he decided to invade Kuwait.

Of course Afghanistan and Iraq have nothing to do with the alleged "meddling" that allegedly produced 9/11, since both engagements happened after 9/11. Not quite sure what point you're trying to make here, except that everything has to be America's fault.
