Claude, Any thoughts on the proposed buyout of Cumberland(CLG)?

Considering that the Agnico(AEM) offer is "friendly," does that significantly reduce the chances of a counter-offer by others(Newmont, Barrick, etc)? It would be nice to see a bidding war, like the current Taseko and Imperial battle for bcMetals.

I sold 25% of my CLG shares today, it was my largest position before the offer at approximately 7% of portfolio, and that's getting too big for my taste. I do not want to end up with AEM shares, nothing against the company, I'm just focusing on smaller miners.

Thanks for any insight, and for the original CLG recommendation!
