Hello Pezz, Today's Report:

I got confirmation that my oil finance.yahoo.com was sold at USD 48.6, allowing me to claim well deserved gain of Message 23198311 13%.

I also turned the above mentioned 13% gain into a fistful of American Gold Eagle 1 ounce coins @ USD 665/coin, because ...

(i) I wish to do my best to help USA balance its trade account with Asia,

(ii) The more valuable 2007 Chinese Gold Pandas are no longer in stock anywhere in Hong Kong (not until after Chinese New Years),

(iii) The Gold Eagles come in the cute cylindrical plastic can that feels good when held in hand, and

(iv) The Eagles are cheaper, given the miniscule premium.

I like the above trade, which generates solid physical wealth from trading flimsy paper oil, and so enables me to truly hang on to the well deserved gains.

The methodology seems to be like a neat machine, generating permanent and solid goodness out of the temporary frictional energy that results from transparent geopolitical volatility and obvious media nonsense (oil will be forever cheap again).

Chugs, J

Hello Pezz, Tonight's Report:

The real estate agent told me that we have an offer from someone anxious to own the building we have just contracted for, and offers to pay all our cost to date, plus 5.26% of contract value of the building as inducement to let go of our contract so that he can buy it.

We responded in the negative, because we figure he ought to offer us 100% of the contract value.

Sure would beat working for a living :0)
