Let us not forget that the US financed and armed Osama. Things changed when he started killing Americans. That becomes America's business. The Taliban had ample warning of the consequences of their actions. Their choice... the US gave him the green light to invade Kuwait. Credible source on that, please? Just look at the US' foreign policies. I do, regularly. I'm still not sure what point you're trying to make, perhaps you could articulate it a little more clearly and a little more specifically.
