Lazarus, again you miss the point. The UN has helped avoid a world war since it was established, that's the success of it. As far as most of the sites that you posted, those were civil strife within countries rather than attacks from another county. Under international law, no country has been allowed to unilaterally invade a sovereign nation, period. That's been the policy for most of the world and has been the policy of the US until we invaded Iraq. Try to keep on point, you're all over the board with your replies and they are not related.
