(PINKSHEETS: HMSG), announced today that HMSG's ballistic partner, Protective Solutions of Dulles, Virginia, has been awarded a $1.3 million dollar contract to supply the US Military with ballistic armor solutions for amphibious assault vehicles. "The announcement of this contract signals the Army's intent to better protect our troops by purchasing, testing, evaluating and deploying the best solutions available on the market," commented Colonel Powers. "We have demonstrated that this material can stop multiple strikes from 7.62 high velocity rifle rounds, has passed the government's mandatory requirement for HP White standards and the military has assigned National Stock Numbers (NSNs) to our various configurations.
