Hello grusum,
I am thinking and that alone is not always a good thing that if gold was to exceed $1500.00 or silver to exceed $30.00 or so these deposits will really gain some value. Then rules may change. Taxes upped, royalties upped, nice deposits snagged. Depends on leadership or current affairs at the time.
Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Honduras, Russia, parts of Africa etc would not surprise

May never come to pass.
