But note that the light water reactors were never delivered.....the NK nuclear reactor came earlier than the Clinton years...and from a German company with Rummy on the board. You can say Clinton "agreed" to give them technology but they got nothing. Their nuclear weapons came from other sources. The current deal looks a lot like the Clinton deal..but I trust this time the next steps will be taken to be sure NK is serious about its promises... Time will tell, but so far this is a good step Despite what Bolton says. (what a diplomat that guy is!)
