CJ, the only thing about the current plan is that Bush isn't going to provide North Korea with a couple of nuclear reactors. That's one of the dumbest things Carter could ever dream of.

Other than that, Bush's plan is a lot like Clinton's. Just buys more time until the North Korean regime once again faces "foreclosure."

"newsweek trashing Bush for making NK back down..."

Probably because he is using the same techniques that Clinton did. You know, the ones he blasted Clinton for as he set up the situation for NK to get The Bomb. So, after his policies failed in a spectacular fashion, we are back to where we were 6 years ago, but now NK has at least some nuclear capability.

In other words, we are in a worse position now that we are going back to the tactics of the previous administration.

Its rather amazing how stupid the Bushies are. They had to go through 6 years of chasing their tails before doing the obvious and right thing. And who paid while they were learning on the job......you got it.

Its like Dad let Jr run the company before he was ready........

Don't let the facts get in the way of your agenda...

Bush is giving them oil, Clinton gave them nukes.

I don't think you have the time to sell that "nuance". But then again, with no job and still in school, you might try.
