Well...this Congress and Bush have done something. They've raised the National Debt by 3 TRILLION.

They've allowed the Middle Class to take a bigger and bigger hit on the Alternative Minimum Tax every year.

As far as Clinton, it was HIS tax hike in 1993 (with Greenspan's approval) that got the FED to loosen up interest rates. That was BEFORE the Republicans got their big Congressional win in 1994.
