I read a book called "the purpose driven life." From it I garnered a great deal of confidence that God has a plan. It's not always what we'd choose but we, as people, half to put our faith in his hands. Left to our own devices and attempts to control the wheel we'd surely always drive into the ditch. I only attend church about 50% of the time. I attended a Lutheran school until 8th grade. My faith was high but I lost my way in college and during my marriage. It was a valuable lesson in who comes first! God does deliver but its on his timeline. As you can tell - I need to take my own advice when I have my down days. This song always reminds me to stay grounded - it's called 100 years.
