I want to see the actual plans from each candidate first. IMO it's not just the candidate but whom he/she picks for a team. I want to see what they are planning to do specifically in each major area:

- Iraq
- health care
- oil
- outsourcing
- education
- taxation
- energy
- etc.

I'm much less interested in their overall 'look' and not even particularly interested in who they have in their family or what religion they are or anything. IMO, I want to elect an employee, not a 'leader'.

I think we get so wrapped up in the cult of personality that the actual plans get ignored. I really want to see a point-by-point detailed plan on what to do about specific issues.

If someone doesn't have a plan for these before they run for Pres, what good are they?
