Hi Bob, ..LEAN supply channels, that is an excellent point. Tom Dietz is one of many people I know that actively advocates having effective supply channels. very intriguing point you make how F would be a good acquisition by Honda when the Ford Management and Unions realize the intractible nature of the problems with their current model. Ford has quite a bit of cash on hand 33 billion dollars according to the latest conference call transcript, but the liabilities and burn rate are problematic,( i am still reading through the second half of the 30 page transcript) coupled with the prospects of their debt structure as the credit environment deteriorates.

GM has a very nice operation going in China and are already seeing 600 million coming in from their China operation. Our company has a few people on the ground in China and my boss and colleague go over to Beijing, Shanghai and HK every 3 months. Buicks are very prestigious there, like a Caddy or Benz here.

I'm bad.

I'm in Greenway Plaza, in the AIM Tower. # 11 Greenway, right next to Tony's.
