Sounds like a good plan. I just don't remember hearing that Denver had that kind of air pollution problem when I was living in the state. There certainly weren't as many people, and I can see how you would get inversions being backed up against the Rockies like that.

Best you stay indoors and get some work done there.

I don't have a clue what we'll eat tonight. I don't feel like cooking. Probably stop at QFC and pick up an Angus Chuck roast. They are on sale for $1.99 lb. I will get it into the oven early with some beef broth and some tom paste and seasonings and let it cook for a couple of hours. I have some really nice home made macaroni and cheese I think I'll serve with the roast.

Have you ever used whole wheat noodles?
