Elroy, let me put it this way. In your own words, one billion Arabs think Israel ought to be wiped off the map.

You think Israel should give citizenship to anyone who thinks that way?

Its rather a moot point. Israel is screwed no matter how you look at it. According to the CIA, this is the current breakout of the Israeli population:

Jewish 76.4%, non-Jewish 23.6% (mostly Arab) (2004)

Given the huge difference in birth rates, its expected that the Arab portion of the population will overtake the Jewish population in terms of numbers by 2035. What's going to happen when the Jews are the minority in Israel, a Judaic theocracy?

As for Palestinian statehood, here is a brief account of history according to Zeev (yeah, I finally found the post):

A lot of arguments supporting "jihad" is based on revisionist history where Israel is portrayed as the evil, racist imperialist. Your arguments support such a viewpoint, Elroy.

You bandy around trendy, little catch words seemingly without knowing what they mean. There is no revisionist history......the only difference today is the American people are beginning to find out the truth behind the origins of Israel and not the pablum that was spoon fed to us previously.

Your question seems to indicate that you haven't understood me at all unless "Wiping Israel off the map" is your way of saying make Israel and the Pal territories one country which accepts Jewish, Muslim and other religious or non-religious people as citizens regardless of their religious background. Since Israel today is the "Jewish homeland", and thus not a homeland for non-Jews, making it open to all would effectively wipe the "Jewish homeland" off the map, but it replaces it with the homeland for all the people who live there, not just the Jews.

Should the Israelis do that? Yes, that's the morally correct thing to do.

I'm not discussing jihad - that's something you should discuss with Muslims. I could care less about their holy wars.

investorshub.com;

That's an interesting review of Is-Pal history. I don't know where you get this sentence from, however.

Why do you say my argument, that peace in the region can be achived if the country was for the all the people who live in the region and not a specific ethnic group, is revisionist history? I haven't even discussed history as far as I know.
