What is significant to some of the responses you receive here about your being a liberal and you are in fact an independent is that once a person has a particular stand on issues they are lumped and labeled...

Because you are against the war you are naturally a liberal.

It also follows that you are not for our troops. You are for our losing the war. You are unpatriotic etc. etc...

If one goes back and really looks into American History some of the biggest dissenters who made this Country great were those who thought for themselves,took exception to war and
used their common senses.. to mediate, explore alternative ways of dealing with situations and always with the BEST INTERESTS of this Country....

Notice now how we have ameliorated the problem with North Korea.. ?

I read today that there were gestures from Iran of wanting to talk with us back in 2003.. There are solutions to solving problems other than running to war,especially when not attacked.
