The legal settlement is old news ...

I already sent you a PM stating that I thought the stock was going to go into a trading range. Didn't that PM arrive?

Why wouldn't all the options and stock issued since the arrival of Mr. Z et al provide a downside cushion? Didn't you click on that tinyurl a way back and read a few of those FORM 4 filings. It was here ...

I see an SC 13G/A filing there also. It states that Brandes Investment Partners controls ~47M shares as of Dec 31st, 2006. How many shares are outstanding these days? They say their holding represent 10.78% of the common shares. Who is Brandes?

Getting back to the range, given your "YUP" and technically astuteness isn't the top side obvious?

Waiting might be a good idea but don't folks usually buy the rumour and sell the news? Or is it sell the rumour and buy the news? Go ahead throw up some more old news. Pretty soon it will have much less value than whatever gets stated in the coming weeks.
