RE: "MP how is the winter buying season going your way? Any pick up?

I urge you not to leave just because some is being a jerk with no substance to boot. Personally I put anyone on ignore now when that happens to me. I always look forward to your posts.."

Quite a few homes are selling right now in Fort Myers and Bonita Springs, if priced properly. Condos too. Anyone holding out for 2005 pricing will be waiting for a long time. I haven't seen any more auctions in the past few weeks. Everyone I know personally who is selling their home or their "investment" is getting out with a decent profit or at the very least not losing money. (those would be purchases made in 2005) There will be a huge inventory of condos coming on the market later this year and that will pressure prices down once more I believe.

I will mark someone as "ignore" so I don't get PM's from them, but never turn the ignore on. I use the 60 post scan feature and can run through the trash pretty quickly. I have no intention of being run off by some 20 something fool. The one guy reminds me of the traders in "Liar's Poker"... lol MP
