the hardest part for me is cleaning of deck front and back steps. i have 24 large stone steps up front, and heavy drifts. try to find a kid to clean that up... nope. and a plow contractor doesn't touch anything that may slow them down.
I haven't done the front steps for last five years. but with healthcare workers coming in daily i needed to this year. i never hear them drive up if i did i would open the garage door and let them come in through basement. I do not want to leave garage open as i have water pipes running above ceiling and one along the wall. plus the cold air will cost more in propane heat.
