re: The new countries constitution should be set up such that laws "against" their fellow Jewish citizens would be illegal. That should be relatively easy to establish - basic ideas of legal equality of religion and race, same kind of thing that we have in the US.

They could use Iraq as a benchmark!

I just don't see that happening. Would be nice all middle eastern countries could be at least as good as Dubai...
