Results Exceed Previously Issued Guidance; Company Provides Initial 2007 Guidance

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ValueClick, Inc. (Nasdaq:VCLK - News) today reported financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2006. Revenue, adjusted-EBITDA(1) and diluted net income per common share for the quarter exceeded previously issued guidance.
