Here it seems you are no longer discussing international law, but rather your opinion on things. So I'm confused, the discussion is open to things beyond UN charter legality, or not? Obviously the fact that Saudis have never had an election does not violate international law, so that's that if the discussion is limited to that.

Also, you didn't discuss my main point. You want to let the UN make collective decisions on action, and that implies that the Saudi dictator's representative is entitled to express the Saudi team's view. I think don't think the Saudi dictator's rep at the UN should have any say at all in what we and the rest of the world do. He doesn't represent the people of Saudi Arabia - he represents the leadership that stunts their development as people by denying the freedom to live life as they choose.
