Not really.

While we are discussing certain things, we are ignoring many others. When was the last time East Timor or Haiti came up here?

How about all the problems in South and Central America? We necessarily ignore more about the world than we discuss. Our time is finite, and our lives are finite. Even when we are "just talking" we fail to work on everything.

Just got home and my wife is out shopping, so nothing to do for a bit. So.....I'm back!

And you said we can't discuss everything, to which I replied we can. We can discuss Haiti. Just because we don't doesn't mean we can't. If you got something to say about it, fire away!

I still don't get your meaning when you say you can't think something is morally wrong without objective proof. All else being equal stealing money from a child is wrong. What objective proof do you require?
