Only the most mentally challenged would think that org. like TerraPass are a license to pollute. People who are most sensitive to the environment already are doing things to conserve energy. For an example, turning off your car engine while idling in a bank or fast food line will save you money at the pump while reducing emissions. One of many things I do to conserve energy.
