But fast and furious selling usually happens in bull markets.

Strange times. No fall selloff this past year. No historical end of fed tightening selloff lasting an average three months. No sustained inverted yield curve selloff.

Excess liquidity and very low real rates trump's all? I don't buy that argument for a moment longer term as ramifications have yet to be felt. Nor do I buy Mish's deflation is a coming or the housing contraction being the holy grail to a doom and gloom disaster..
