I'm not worried. The scientific name is Cryptococcus overtimeus. Besides, once it is identified, it should be treatable by anti-fungals. Lots of things give you pulmonary fungal balls. Like Aspergillus.
What's disconcerting is that you are now a favorable environment for a tropical disease.
