I am not avoiding the question. Quantifying any federal monies is difficult, let alone foreign aid. As it is federal aid, I am not sure one could look at it as one would an investment with a return. But the fact that Israel is not being driven into the ocean and is able to come up with technological innovations and we can benefit from them, is probably a far better return than we get with our aid money anywhere else in the world. Now exactly why should we support homocidal palestinians....that is the real question?
