Ever notice how the homicide rates correlates strongly with the ease in owning handguns? In general, the more difficult it is to own a handgun, the less likely you are to die from violence of any type.

The same way other civilized countries do....make owning them illegal.

Most countries don't have mass murderers like we do. I wonder why.
