I can't agree with that idea.

The bar is a known place where people smoke. You aren't compelled to be there. Its as if you walked in to an area designated as a "spitting contest ring", and then got spit on and tried to claim assault.

No. We're on the same page politically... I was trying to connect personal feelings and self interest versus objectivity and politics .
