Sanders is doing exactly what he needs to do in order to make AMD successful. He's even kissed up to one monopoly in his quest to dismantle another.

The hypocrisy alone should be enough to damage the credibility of AMD's case. Of course, that all depends on how a judge sees it, but most of dispute isn't over facts, but over AMD's interpretation which IMO is bogus.
