(Only thing that surprises me is how many folks appear to be *blind* to the OBVIOUS BENEFITS for America, and for the 'Western way' of Democracy, rule-of-law, pluralism, and Capitalism....)

Kinda reminds me of the closing line from that, ('eighties, I think it was...) sci-fi movie with the young Mathew Broderick, War Games, where a Doomsday device (computer) believes that the 'game', Global Thermonuclear War, that gets started up is real... and acts accordingly.

The line at the end went something like this: "...Curious game. The only way to win appears to be to not play."
