I don't think the people in Baghdad are reading or watching or listening to a lot of the U.S. "MSM", so I doubt their perceptions of their situation would be changed a whole lot if EVERY media source in the U.S "disappeared" for the next year. They KNOW that just going to the market can get them killed and they KNOW that it's not safe to send their kids to school. I don't usually "answer" 3rd grade rhetorical questions like, "is it better to promote freedom rather than tyranny", because they are DUMB.
