Peter, I can only hope that the citizens are smarter than to fall for that scam. I think that, as time goes on with a demorat majority in both houses, the people will be able to see the danger in the way they rule.

How can you expect soldiers to re-up for their 6th and 7th tours of duty in Iraq, if you don't give them bullets for their guns so they can survive the 4th and 5th ? wg PS - How many bullets can you buy for $100B ?
