it is a matter of perspective. what I inferred was that nuclear energy could be a steadfast part of a regional power system, given its ability to participate into a power grid regardless of natural phenomenons such as: not enough sunshine for solar power generation or lack of wind for turbine applications. further power exacerbations may continue because of the massive melting of glaciers as is occurring around the globe...that in itself would defeat the hydro power argument. a good possibility may be harnessing tidal flow, but only the coastal areas would gain from that, not the distant inland residents.
I participated in STP a few years ago on its entry into the market...it was a whip- saw! I see the promise of it & after looking at the graph in your post I am impressed by its nice gradual ascent to around $40. good luck to you!
