Nope, saddam is not mq hero. He is bring up the point that the winners of wars have trials for the losers but if the situation is reversed our leaders might be tried for as paul simon once wrote "incidents and accidents".
The iraqis should have tried saddam for the crimes against the kurds. Now that was real genocide while what he was convicted for could be labeled as "incidents and accidents".
