Sure. But in Baghdad, for instance, Shia and Sunni lived together in relative peace... didn't think a thing of it. Now what is happening in Iraq seems to have been a spark that ignited a flame... throughout the ME.

Maybe it will die down. We'll see.

Don't forget Christians... in the First Crusade, the Europeans killed every person in Jerusalem, and that was just a start.
