the fact that there appears to be quite a paucity of "moderate" muslims. depends on your POV. India has about 200M muslims and they are not classified the way we do in the western world. Australia has about 4M muslims - same story. Pakistan's population is in the 130-150M range, predominantly muslim and again the individuals can not be classified one way or the other.

February Poll: 75% of Palestinians do not think that Israel has the right to exist If you conduct world wide poll asking the question "do not think that Israel has the right to exist" you would find that 75% would answer NO. So your numbers are spot on. The Palestinians share the world's opinion.
