we're seeing the same wrt global warming....the dogma supporting it is increasingly on par with religious rejection of evolution too bad when science becomes politicized to the extent that it is, true discovery and knowledge suffers I couldn't agree more! ....it goes hand in hand with the "dumbing down" of Americans through poor education or shallow thought. Most Americans do not differentiate between information supported by empirical evidence to the unfounded, idiotic suppositions by those with ulterior motives. The huddled masses of our citizenry are to blame for digesting this crap without genuine care or concern. ...and the nuts are truly running the asylum these days. WIJ
