The ONLY Administration in the last 4 that has run a surplus had a Democrat as the President.

Ok, time to remove the rose colored glasses. Fact of the matter is that sitting (one term) Presidents rarely if ever actually get to see the economic results of what they do when they're in office. To make a long story short, Clintons surplus wasn't because of anything he did, it was just luck that he happened to score off the peace dividend achieved by Reagan.
