You are trying to pretend that because Bush is supplying fuel oil instead of nuclear power plants, it makes what Bush is doing totally different than what Clinton did. It is only a detail. The overall deals are the same. The difference is that we refused to make a deal for 6 years. So NK went ahead and developed nuclear weapons in the absence of a deal keeping them from it. So you can try to nuance it away. Again. But it won't change the facts.
