Fair enough, Clinton missed his chance to get Osama Bin Laden back in the 1990s when Sudan offered Osama to him. That was a mistake. But at that time it was unclear if our former ally in the Soviet/Afghan war was really a threat to our security. By early 2001 it was clear Osama Bin Laden posed a threat to American security.

The thing I find mysterious is with all our military might and technology, we can't track him down now? It doesn't make sense. Especially when the CIA had OBL tracked down in Tora Bora and the Pentagon denied a request for 300 Army Rangers to corner and capture him. Not a way to fight a war on terrorism.
