Don't forget the time value of options, Bruno. It's dangerous to buy them at all, and you can blow a lot of money by buying them too soon. There has been minimally technical damage done to this stock, and, if their patents don't hold up either in the ITC or court, there will be enormous fundamental damage as well. If their patents hold up, and they get a new contract from Samsung beyond 2009 (and don't expect that anytime soon) as well as from Hynix and Mintel, the stock will go back to new highs in the ripeness of time. But if they don't, the stock may well have already seen its highs, IMHO.

And that is from a long time bull with a big position in the stock.
