That does not mean invading all of these countries. But, for example, we could have put much greater pressure on Saudi Arabia to stop exporting it's malignant Wahhabi version of Islam.

We fight the war on terror when ever, where ever, and every where it exists. 90 days after 9/11 US Special Operations Forces were fighting the war on Terror in over 80 countries. Today US Special Operations Forces are fighting the War on Terror in approximately 45 countries. The reduction in countries does not necessarily reflect all wins. It does reflect some wins.
