simpler is always better, and the Geneva Conventions work both ways not one. many of the people in Gitmo, are guilty of war crimes and should be swiftly tried and executed. It should be a military tribunal, their crimes have nothing to do with American justice, they are War Crimes. They need a trial under the Geneva Convention under the articles of war, because that is what Liberals want, and then shot. because that is the appropriate penalty under the Geneva Conventions
